Cranberry & white chocolate oatmeal cookies
Hello guys!
I know that the holidays are way far gone now but I thought I'd share this recipe with y'all.
This is my favorite oatmeal cookie recipe, not only because it has cranberries but because these cookies are the perfect combination of crunchy and soft and they're absolutely delicious!!!
So without any further ado, here it is!
- 1cup oatmeal flour
- 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 4 tbsp butter
- pinch of baking soda
- pinch of baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp of vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- chopped cranberries
- chopped white chocolate
Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and give that a quick mix.
After all the dry ingredients have combined, add the egg, vanilla extract and butter.
Now mix everything together with your hands until you have a nice dough.
You can add the cranberries and white chocolate before or after this, if you want your cookies to look prettier I recommend you to add them in the end :)
Let your dough chill in the fridge for about 20 minutes.
And now put them in your tray (butter it first so they don't stick) and in the oven they go for about 30min (depending on your oven, I suggest you to check them after the first 20minutes)
Enjoy!!!!!
